The very shy artist came out for a split second |
Eun Jeong has been one of my favourite designers to emerge from London Fashion Week since I first saw her show in 2009. She has an uncanny ability to juxtapose different fabrics (like lace over wool) in a way where both can be appreciated, also she harmonizes odd shapes into one piece that manages to look both futuristic and timeless. This year in her LFW show I found a more conventional Eun Jeong that to me portrayed a modern working women with a huge 1930's influence. There were a few pieces that had her stamp, yet others were a clear (not to say bad) departure from her previous work.
