The Spanish Illustrator- Manuel Rebollo

I stumbled upon this fabulous Illustrator over the break and promised to blog about him when I got back. His name is  Manuel Rebollo and his work immediately fascinated me the minute I saw it. That is something I love about art illustration, its pretty straight forward, you can just see a single image and me captivated by it without knowing the artist's name or previous work. In the case of Manuel Rebollo, I kept trying to find more info about him and found some more of his previous work on his blog http://manuelrebollo.blogspot.com/.  He seems like a pretty humble artist, specially when his work (in my opinion) looks worldly and mature. His sketches have a vintage feel without looking particularly dated, he manages to incorporate text  beautifully and I love how the messages are pretty simple and unpretentious without being dull.
